Accessibility (AODA) Compliance
Archer First Aid is committed to providing training services in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and its associated standards. When conducting First Aid/CPR training at rented venues, the company will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the facilities are accessible to participants of all abilities.
Prior to booking, venues will be reviewed for accessibility features such as barrier-free entrances, accessible washrooms, and adequate space for mobility aids. Instructors and administrative staff will make every effort to accommodate individual accessibility needs, including providing alternative formats, adaptive equipment, or reasonable adjustments to training delivery when requested in advance.
Participants are encouraged to notify Archer First Aid or the approved provider of any accessibility requirements at the time of registration/enrollment so that appropriate arrangements can be made. The company will continue to review its policies and practices regularly to uphold the principles of dignity, independence, integration, and equal opportunity as outlined in the AODA.
Diversity, Inclusivity, and LGBTQ2+ Support
Archer First Aid is committed to providing a safe and welcoming space for everyone. We value and respect the diversity of race, culture, abilities, gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. All participants are supported and included, regardless of their background or identity. Discrimination, harassment, or exclusion of any kind will not be accepted.
